- It is implied that a man is going to commit suicide. Not wanting to betray his friend in court, he (who has a nut allergy) drops his EpiPen medication down an open sewer grate, after which he buys a bag of fried peanuts and proceeds to eat them in a public park.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- A man becomes trapped in a windowless metal room (viewers are led to believe that it's a prison cell). He begins to panic. It is then revealed to just be a security clearance hall between two doorways.
- A man frequently becomes stressed at his job, often lapsing into strange fantasies where the world slows down or he appears in various places. At first these are somewhat benign, but as his job becomes more complicated, he begins to do disturbing things such as staring at food he is allergic to, trying to sneak into a window and eventually committing suicide in a park.
- A politician fears being connected to an "unnamed businessman" by a group trying to defame him. He is seen crying when he may have to implicate his friend, and he tosses his own cell phone in a koi pond.
- A Rabbi, whom the main character is close to, kicks down said main character and then proceeds to swear at him (see "Profanity" above) and drop garbage onto him before leaving him in an alleyway. This moment is unexpected and rather shocking.
