Not Many Options
Carter takes off with his messed up girlfriend. He will end up back in prison because he was released on several conditions. He foolishly follows someone who values drugs over anything else. But things spiral out of sight. Meanwhile, things go from bad to worse for the Hispanic family, especially the daughter who is trying to live a promising life. Her brother is getting pulled into a life of crime because he can't see past the end of his nose. Racism is rife everywhere in this show.
