While the gameplay was consistently enjoyable, I found the different variations to be not that unique or interesting. The main appeal of course is the mass murder of humanity, but the real strenght of the game manifests in its
satire, in my opinion the best part of the game. All of the humor is presented through the breaking news-style bar at the top, where from time to time a new event pops up, usually satirizing politics, mass culture or just being funny. It's not laugh out laud funny, but it's still very polished. As the game goes on the silly news start to fade in contrast to the plague, which take all over the media, it helps to establish an atmosphere and makes the ruined lives of the earthlings seem more real.
The leveling system is ok, but not that special. It's a good game for whoever enjoys to have mass genocides happen at their will.
