- Extremely upsetting scene in which a man is driving a woman in labor through the snowy mountains, and they get into a car wreck. He is killed on impact, and she delivers the baby next to his dead body in the car. Both visuals are extremely bloody and upsetting. Without any heat for hours, the baby dies in her arms before helicopters eventually come to save the woman.
