While on his last ride, Jax's dad's old bike continually switches between having a ride hand brake and not having a right hand brake.
The hand controls on JT's bike that Jax is riding keep changing. The front brake lever disappears to make it look like a suicide shift bike, but as he is pulling away from the machine shop you see Jax letting out the clutch with his left hand and a front brake lever is obvious on the right side. When he is on the highway at the end the front brake lever is missing.
While talking to Tig after the crash during the Connor chase, Jax's hair changes between scene cuts.
At the end of the episode, Jax is on a small road with two lanes in each direction, marked as Highway 580, westbound. However, the real Highway 580, which runs from San Rafael (Marin County) out to Tracy (San Joaquin County), is a major thoroughfare and never less than eight lanes wide. I don't know where this was shot, but it wasn't on 580.
When speaking with the D. A. Jax says Gemma is at her father's house which is in the town of Rogue River, OR. He then says that is in Klamath County. The town of Rogue River is in Jackson County, OR.
Nero, talking about his car not being suitable to carrying kids, talks about how things were in '64, his car is a 1963 Impala.
