In scene 5 when Dr. Geyer is leading a code he keeps attempting to defibrillate the patient when the rhythm is in asystole. The only rhythms that are defibrillated are ventricular fibrillation or ventricular tachycardia without a pulse. Transcutaneous pacing could be attempted but that would be very different than what was shown. Also paddles aren't typically utilized, adhesive pads have been used for a long time.
