Storyline
Did you know
- GoofsIt is completely unbelievable that identical twin brothers who live in the same city and were prominent men with "public" jobs didn't have anyone in their lives figure out there were two of them especially with one brother having his picture in the paper.
- Quotes
Rita Haywith: When I was scared at the local branch competition, Norman told me how things that have a hard exoskeleton, well, they can't be squashed. He always knows exactly what to say.
Ardis Paine: Nothing says, 'I love you,' like crabs.
Featured review
This is the story of two abandoned boys and the separation of two brother.
This is a story about two abandoned children...the recipient of a letter (Joshua) and Norman. Norman finds his grandmother, Mrs. Parker Pennington Paine (played by the incomparable Carol Burnett).
"It's so you never forget how brave and unsquashable you are."-Norman.
"Honey, I'm nuttier than a fruitcake. It runs in the family."-Ardis Paine.
Lots of reunions in this episode...but the ending! I understand why they had to go on and make movies...and I am really glad how they pan out.
This is a beautiful show and this episode is no exception.
