not bad....

They tried a little too hard to be funny in this who-dunnit style comedy.

despite having a good cast the story was too predictable and boring.

middle of the road ...

What a waste of talent!

Despite a terrific cast and a strong start the movie runs out of steam after half an hour and the plot becomes thin. It's a pity, as 20 minutes into it I thought we had another Knives Out. The acting of every last character is brilliant, but after a while they start to behave like they were in a Scooby-Doo cartoon, running up and down rather pointlessly.

Hammy acting, few laughs and a lot of boredom

A peculiarly uninteresting take on the classic whodunnit story. The acting ranges from poor to hammy to just about passable. Don't waste your time.

Clever and hilarious!

Saw this tonight at a sneak preview screening and really enjoyed it! It's very funny and the writing is super clever and unpredictable. Ed Asner is remarkable...if anything, he is getting better with age. He was so freaking funny and his facial expressions were hysterical! Sean Young rarely gets cast in a comedy, which makes it all the more fun to see a completely different side of her as billionaire Asner's scheming third wife. But who isn't scheming here? The only question is who will come out on top! The writing and the acting put this one a big cut above other low-budget comedies.

Kill 90 minutes

If you plan to watch this movie expecting a cool sophisticated whodunnit Maybe best avoid it. If you watch a fun amusing take on the mystery movie the apex is Murder By Death, but this low budget film is an enjoyable minutes. The large cast in a series of scenes cramped together in small rooms allows the cast to bounce of each other. To me the majority of the caat were unknowns and do a very good job.

The sets look small, there basically no location work, tge twist is not unexpected. Just go along with it.

The obvious thing a viewer will think oh here they come its a Knives Out cash in. It had me thinking did Rian Johnson see this film begore his went into production. That doesnt really matter this one is the lesser of the two.

Its enjoyable and the use of bad language is funny when its dropped into a scene, soon takes it out of the realm of a TV movie.

Good...

Although weak, it has good similarities with two great examples on inheritance and murder ... The "Death or Setback "and" Between knives and secrets "... Amusing, re-watching by mistake...
