Neat Stage Show
The Power Rangers were becoming a big name since their debut back in 1993, as the show would reach popularity (as well as controversy with its martial arts action) and would go on to have video games, comics, and even a movie. This video is a recording of a performance of the MMPR World Tour.
The story is basically like something out of the TV show, as Lord Zedd plans to get rid of the Power Rangers by luring them into a trap to capture them, After two of their own is captured, the remaining four have to save them, while dealing with threats, including Lumitor, a monster exclusive to the show.
Yeah, the story is okay. It does have some inconsistencies with the show (like Rita and Zedd not acting like a couple), it is still good. The show uses a combination of live fight scenes as well as stock footage from the show (some recorded for the show) to tell the story, with the actors from the show doing the voices of their characters, which are portrayed live by different actors. Plus, it has some good moments (like the Putties actually interacting with the audience).
