- Christopher Herrmann: I've been thinking.
- Otis: Uh-oh.
- Christopher Herrmann: You know Chili's?
- Randall McHolland: Where the blossoms are awesome?
- Christopher Herrmann: Shay kept telling me that they started with just one restaurant in Dallas in an old post office building. And she'd say the only thing that was holding Molly's back was small thinking. And I didn't wanna listen 'cause I believed that we had all the time in the world.
- Joe Cruz: So, uh... wait, you've been, uh, researching this?
- Christopher Herrmann: Yeah, I have. Do you know how many restaurants Chili's has now?
- Otis: You talking about expansion?
- Christopher Herrmann: Darn right.
- Otis: Oh, boy, here comes Welch.
- Joe Cruz: I hate that guy!
- Christopher Herrmann: Their whole truck stinks to high heaven.
- Matthew Casey: Hey. Can it, guys. Welch.
- Tommy Welch: Sup, Matt?
- Matthew Casey: You guys come from the Walnut Street fire?
- Tommy Welch: Yep.
- Matthew Casey: Heard the call on the radio. How was it?
- Tommy Welch: It was rollin'.
- Matthew Casey: Good.
- Tommy Welch: Hey. How's what's-her-name doing? Dawson? You be sure and send her our love.
- [radio crackles]
- Dispatcher: Truck 81, Truck 66, Squad 3, Ambo 61. House fire.

- Dispatcher: 5056 West Maypole Avenue.
- Tommy Welch: Go, go!
- Matthew Casey: Cruz. I do not want to get there behind these guys.
- Joe Cruz: On it.
- Wallace Boden: We do a dangerous job. We all knew that when we signed up. You reach out to each other. You'll be there for each other. Always.
- Matthew Casey: Hey. You heard from Severide?
- Capp: Nada.
- Peter Mills: Didn't he have furlough stored up?
- Matthew Casey: A month, maybe. That ran out a week ago.
- Capp: We've all left messages, but nothing.
- Matthew Casey: Yeah, same.
- Joe Cruz: Lieutenant?
- Matthew Casey: Yeah.
- Joe Cruz: We need fuel.
- Matthew Casey: Load everyone up.
