There is a male character named "Grigori Babishkova", who is said to be a former Soviet soldier from Ural Mountains. However, in Russian last names the ending -ova is only used for female forms. The male form of the same last name would be Babishkov.
The missiles in the truck are just a generic guided missile design, and cannot be ICBMs. ICBMs are far larger - in fact, many carry multiple warheads that are each around that size. They also do not have large fins, as they're essentially space launch vehicles that merely shoot their warheads into low orbit.

The President's daughter holds a knife to Ulrika's throat inside the prison. Ignoring for a moment the blatant stupidity her captors would have been guilty of to leave such a huge knife within their captive's reach, the knife clearly bends in several instances, revealing that it is obviously made of rubber.
After they arrive in Kazakhstan, and Vez drives the van into the hangar, the license plate on the van is clearly Californian.
