I have the feeling that the other reviews were made by the producers of the film. It's that, or they're really insane... One of the worst film I have ever seen...

Salinas and Freire are two Chilean humorists, they became famous in a TV show called "El club de la comedia" (The comedy show). It was a TV show full of sketches, some of them were really funny, at least the first years. The TV show lasted around 7 years, far to much time, the comedians ran out of ideas and became boring. It's during this last years when they decide to make this film, using this couple of cops that they had created in the TV show. And it's exactly what this film is; one boring sketch after other, the film doesn't even have a plot that makes sense. The worst of all is that they're making the second part...

the movie is not great, but it has some funny jokes. The movie is slow at times but the story is good. If you aren't from Chile the movie can be difficult to understand basically because they are making fun of the two police institutions of law enforcement of the country,one of them carabineros: the way they talk, portraying them to be dumb but with a good heart, and the second police institution PDI: portraying them to be corrupt officers and cocky. This movie is like police academy but from Chile. the story center in two police officer that try to be "super cops" and take every opportunity to be heroes. one of them is transfer from a rural area to the city and the other is working alone due to some troubling past.
