Forensics professor Wolter and hunky Brazilian new assistant Raoul Gilberto, who impresses even Rico with his ICT skills but scares him off by pleading for capoeira, reconstruct the asphyxiation at home of mega-rick Privatier Harald Scheerbeck. Obviously suspect are the shared heirs of his 12 millions: son Bernd and fresh widow Juliane. Bernd, who returned to native Stuttgart with his wife Miriam for a medical conference, having lost contact with Harald years ago, clueless why his father, who actually was terminally ill, sought to contact him.
