An interesting movie

To be honest the acting was good, but the camera work was not the best and the use of black and white was not good. Given the fact that there are scenes where you have a hard time seeing the actors face because of to much light it seems, combined with the black and white aspect doesn't help. Also some scenes leave you going what the hell. For example, when he gets into a fight with Jimmy's ghost, how does that hurt him? Also what is going on with the hooded guy and the slap ball player when the guy falls and Billy covers his eyes? The guy gets hit in the head with a ball and looks like he is dead, doesn't make sense. Also the music at the end could have been softer to let you hear what is being said at the station. In terms of acting, I think the cast was well chosen and with you and Jonah it seems like you two have worked together as well. The whole jerk off thing had me laughing because you never knew what was going to follow and a lot of the slap ball comments kept things going. I do like how you portray Billy, but it seems like there is a connection with the rest of the cast that seems to be lacking. It almost feels like there was no emotional connection made to make the viewer want to feel something towards him. In away I would have liked to see Billy grieving over his brother crying anything. He has more emotions over a set event in the movie then any other part of it. The one thing I really liked about the film, other then all the jerk off comments, is that you do see something in there. You do see how people react towards a situation and how it impacts their life. Over all I would like to see this get a wider release and see how people react towards it. The lack of narrate helps the movie because I like to see facial expression and see the pain people show as they are going through something. The cast does play their parts equally well. I do have to say Jonah and Michael work well together and I loves seeing in This Job For Hire. There are gaps in the film that leave you wondering what is going on, but they do try to cover these.
