Episode 13: Potatoland
Ever since he was a kid and saw the sign, Goofy has always wanted to go to the amusement park Potato Land. Donald and Mickey pack him into the car and they head off but when they get to the sign, poor Goofy never realized it was just a state sign for Idaho and not an actual amusement park. Not wanting to break his heart, Mickey tries to create one.
Potatoland is a pretty funny short for the series that manages to have a pretty clever idea and the writers do a few good things with it. The highlight is certainly Goofy being too stupid to realize that the sign he saw wasn't for an amusement park and his "dreams" of what the park must be like is quite funny. Once the subplot with Mickey building a park kicks in there are some nice laughs as well.
