In the ground shots, the Walkie Talkie tower (20 Fenchurch Street) is not yet complete, and cranes are visible on the roof. Yet in the aerial shots, it is finished and the cranes are gone.
When Harry goes to the safe deposit facility in Berlin, he opens the box with his own key. Safe deposit boxes always have two locks (as seen), one for the customer's key and one for the company's key. Both keys must be used at the same time to open the box.
The tidal level of the Thames varies while Harry is being watched by Kassim's sniper, indicating this was shot at different times of day.
Some scenes require several takes and film makers can't pause while waiting on tomorrow's high tide.

Passengers travel on the shuttle train after going airside through security at Heathrow Terminal 5 to get to the 5B terminal and not before clearing security as depicted in the chase between Holloway and the MI5 officers.
(This sequence was originally scripted to be at Gatwick Airport - which does have shuttle trains between terminals. The sequence of events was kept for dramatic effect when production opted to shoot at Heathrow instead.)

Around 1:15:30 when the sniper is sighting who he finds out is not the terrorist leaders (Amed Qasim) wife (Asma Shishani) thru till about 1:18 you can see the cross hairs of the scope roaming around her head. A split second before he takes the shot the camera shows the cross hairs right on her head, but he hits her in the chest and she is conveniently wearing a bullet proof vest.
He was looking at her face for identification and he shot her center mass for the sure kill shot.

When Harry calls Adem to change the arrangement for delivering Adem's wife. When he ends the first call Adem angrily slams his cell phone against a pillar (destroying it). Immediately in the next scene Adem is calling Harry on an obviously different cell phone. Presumably both are using 'burner' phones and Adem would not have known Harry's phone number.
Perhaps he had Call Display, Call Trace or Call Back on his phone.

At approximately 1:31, when Qasim shoots Emerson, he fires the pistol and then you hear him manually rack a round into the chamber. He is firing a semi-automatic pistol. When fired, semi-automatic weapons load the next round automatically. Racking the round would not have been necessary unless he had run out of ammo and magazine was empty.
One scene shows two cars with license plates that carry the EU band with the letter "D", indicating a German license plate, but do not follow any valid format for German vehicle registrations. The two plates ("449 WN B" and "327 TF B") rather look like the usual number format ("[1-3 letters indicating the region] [1-2 letters] [1-4 digits]") with the order of the groups reversed.
At 80 mins into the film Harry and Will are arrested by armed police. The officer at the foot of the steps has his weapon raised, aiming over Harry's left arm and directly at his four colleagues the other side of Harry. An armed officer would not take up position in this way for fear of of injuring colleagues in crossfire.
At around 14:00 minutes into the movie Will Holloway steps into a Tesla full-electric vehicle (visible by the logo). The audio however is based on a combustion engine, making hard engine sound when driving away.
