What a good surprise this TV movie from over the Rhine. The tale of two street cops, not beat cops, but Homicide ones, who are on the tail of a Lybian war criminal and who, one night, accidentally kill a young drug pusher with their car before getting away. Hit and run. Actually, they hit the hood, put him in their car and bring him to the hospital without telling telling anyone what they did. So, in this story, you have two plots. First, the war criminal whom the cops try to nail once and for all and, on the other side, the crime the two rogue cops committed. Because the young punk dies in the hospital, and of course, no one suspects the two heats to have killed him. Except the hospital nurse, who is the girl friend of one of the cops... Interesting scheme, splendidly edited and acted. How will they proceed to get the war criminal for whom one of the two policemen will be trapped in a bribery matter, to prevent a young woman to testify against the war criminal? Very smart film, folks. I highly recommend it.
