- The Narrator's voice is incredibly attractive (Yes, he is British).
- In the demo, after picking a button, going back to the room will make the Narrator "reassure" you that you're still a pervert.
- At one point the narrator references hookers, but only says it once.
- In the free downloadable demo, there is a room full of buttons and the player is asked to pick a button in order to indicate their personality type. No matter which button the player picks, the narrator will say "How fascinating. Did you know that 94% of all people who select that particular button are sexual predators. You see, our choices really do illuminate the very intangible nature of our minds and souls," and then under his breath, "Pervert."

- We can see much blood on an "dead" bucket.

Sex & Nudity
- In one variation, Stanley picks up a phone and hears the voice of his supposed "wife". As it turns out it is in fact a mannequin which does not appear to be dressed in any way. However, there is not too much detail but it is still a little graphic.
Violence & Gore
- When you jump of the platform it says stanley was pluged to his death
- On an automatic lift, the player has the option (not made obvious) of jumping off onto a warehouse floor below. There is no gore and the screen turns black after right before landing.
- In another ending, the player is given the choice to walk up three flights of stairs and potentially jump off, or go back to an open room with no other exit. The screen is tinted red after jumping and Stanley can jump again. Eventually, after jumping 5 times Stanley jumps and dies. The death is not gory - the camera angle is tilted sideways (first person view at all times).
Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking
- Stanley is under the influence of a 'mind control' facility.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- One ending has the entire complex explode, blowing Stanley to bits!
- A minor example in one ending when a loud glitch-like sound effect (I don't know how to describe it) suddenly plays in the middle of the Narrator's dialogue before the game restarts.
- The instances where the player makes the 'wrong' decision and dies by either bomb or falling can be intense for younger players.
