- Some men (including a main character) are seen in their underwear when getting dressed in military uniforms.
Violence & Gore

- The game takes place in a war, so there's no surprise that there's plenty of violence. It should be noted, however, that the graphics are cartoonish and not realistic at all, and the player never performs any graphic violence. It is still pretty intense though.
- Throughout the game, the player has to knock out several enemy soldiers by hitting them in the head (not graphic).
- There is also plenty of intense war sequences which have plenty of explosions, gunfire, and people dying.
- In some places, there's wastelands that are literally full of dead bodies, some with missing limbs (the graphics are toned down, so this looks fake)
- A man is shot in the shoulder, he survives, but we see plenty of blood on the ground.
- A man is buried under a bunch of rubble, but survives.
- A dog gets caught in barbed wire while a man unsuccessfully attempts to break it. Another man attempts to crush them with a car, but a third man destroys it before this can happen.
- Toxic gas is used against several men, we see one die from inhaling too much. (not very graphic)
- A man is crushed by a large, heavy object with spikes on the bottom. He survives, but is shown in great pain from this.
- A city is bombed, and several people are seen suffering as a result.
- A zeppelin crashes in a catastrophic way.
- A young girl hurts her knee, but is okay afterwards.
- A young woman has to perform various medical procedures on several men. One involves a saw (implying that she amputates his arm) though this isn't graphically seen. Another has a living man in a field full of dead bodies where she extracts a bullet from him (some blood).
- A city is gassed and several people are shown in pain or suffering.
- A man sets off several explosives that causes a massive explosion.
- A man punches another man in the back of the head.
- Two men get into a fist-fight, but neither end up dying or getting hurt too bad from this.
- A woman and child are gassed, the child is okay, but the woman doesn't have a gas mask. A man gives her his gas mask, but ends up collapsing as a result.
- An especially intense war scene has several men charging because another man forces them to. Several men are killed as a result in very dramatic and intense ways.
- A man hits another man in the head out of anger, and ends up accidentally killing him.
- A woman performs desperate medical procedures on a man to save his life.
- A man is tied up to a pole, blindfolded, and then executed, but it cuts off before he's actually shot.
Profanity

- At some points, a character's speech bubble is covered by a large scribble, implying swearing.
Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

- Some characters drink beer and others drink wine, some seem intoxicated by this.
- A few puzzles have a bottle of wine involved.
Frightening & Intense Scenes

- This game is very emotional and dramatic throughout.
- The beginning is very dramatic and somewhat emotional.
- One characters backstory involves his wife getting killed in a bombing.
- The battle scenes throughout are usually pretty intense and dramatic, with plenty of explosions, shooting, and men dying.
- A character has to perform several medical procedures which usually are tense.
- The scenes in no-mans-land or any battle scene are very realistic, and are usually accompanied by several dead bodies.
- A few different occasions have cities being bombed. This is very dramatic as people are seen suffering as a result.
- A scene where a character has to escape a prison is pretty stressful.
- One especially intense war scene involves several men being shot to death in dramatic ways.
- Near the end is quite stressful as it involves many characters being in intense peril.
- The ending is very dramatic, emotional, and thought provoking.
