In the final scene, the taxiing 2-engined A330 suddenly changes into a 4-engined A340 when it lifts off.
When Alexis is backing the car up through the parking garage, the soap on the windshields change without continuity.
A police car would not ram a fleeing suspect without reason, after just a minute of chase.
A small kitchen knife, thrown from at least ten feet away, would not penetrate a leather jacket.
The plane at the end of the movie has no tail number.
Automobile windshields do not break that way. (Side and back windows, made of tempered glass, do break that way, but not nearly that easily.) Windshields are made of triplex safety glass, with two layers of glass with a clear adhesive layer between. When windshield glass breaks, it breaks like regular window glass, but the layer in between keeps the pieces from flying apart.
In the newspaper in the airport (at 1:18:15), while the headline and subhead and first paragraph of text correctly refer to a diamond robbery in Cape Town, the rest of the text of the article is about a bank robbery in Miami.
The picture in the newspaper at the bottom of the page in the airport (at 1:18:15) is not the "police sketch" we saw on TV news earlier in the film, but appears to be a photograph of Olga Kurylenko, complete with the bruise on her left jawline from the fight in the hotel room - perhaps a makeup test shot.
The movie is set in Cape Town, South Africa, but there is no such airport as Western Cape International. The name of the airport is Cape Town International and has the ICAO code FACT.
Creative geography, artistic license, fictitious airport. An unbeatable combination.

When Alexis Olga Kurylenko is at the airport after having been stabbed in the leg, she is using a crutch to move quicker. The way she handles the crutch is not in line with how it would be used by a really handicapped person.
There is no *Official* way to use a crutch.

When Alexis id running from her hotel room she uses the elevator to go to ground floor as is shown by lobby shot yet a few minutes later she is running down by stairs and it seems she is 78 floors up. When she jumps from Laundry shoot and changes cloths she runs towards the car park and from wide shot a car can be seen which shows that she ran to 1st floor. But when she drives the car she keeps going down for 3-4 floors which is not possible.
'Repartee' is properly pronounced as 'rehpartay.'
In the bank robbery at the beginning of the movie, Alex's mask is pulled off and her face becomes open. And they draw her Picture according to witnesses. But since the action takes place in a bank, there should be security cameras everywhere and exact shot of her face could have been obtained.
When Alex holds the door to her hotel room against one of the thugs ("Mr. Jefferson"), she reloads with a spare mag from the bag on the floor, then shoots the thug in the foot. She never cycled the weapon to load into the empty firing chamber - therefore pulling the trigger would only result in yet another empty click from the gun.
Though mostly armed, the lady fights unarmed when going to help the wife and son of her former lover. She also twice lets an enemy rest and recover after knocking him down.
