UK sales outfit High Point’s Cannes slate includes new boxing drama Thank You Very Much Mr Eastwood, depicting the falling out between world boxing champion Barry McGuigan and his larger than life manager Barney Eastwood in the 1980s.
Currently casting, the film will be directed by Michael McDowell and produced by Damon Quinn of Belfast based Hole in the Wall Gang and Ronald de Neef for Starline Entertainment.
High Point’s slate also includes Drown, Dean Francis’s portrayal of homophobia in the macho environs of a Sydney based lifesaver club, and rom-com Heart Street.

Producers are Edvard van’t Wout, Robin de Levita and Kees Abrahams.
Just Film Distribution is set to release in The Netherlands on more than 100 screens in March.
