Music video director Joseph Kahn made headlines in August when he shot down claims that he referenced visuals from Beyoncé’s 2016 Lemonade album in the music video for Taylor Swift‘s biting new single “Look What You Made Me Do.”
But now, rather than playing defense, Kahn is going on the offense — claiming it was Beyoncé who was in fact copying images in his and Swift’s 2015 video for “Bad Blood” when Bey made Lemonade the following year.

The Beyhive may see similarities between a teaser clip of Taylor Swift‘s video for her biting new single “Look What You Made Me Do” and Beyoncé’s 2016 Lemonade visual album, but Swift’s video director Joseph Kahn isn’t having it.
On Friday night, the Grammy-winning director — who shot Swift’s “Bad Blood,” “Out of the Woods,” “Wildest Dreams” and “Blank Space” videos as well as Destiny’s Child’s “Say My Name” and “Jumpin’ Jumpin'” — tweeted his reaction to fan speculation that Tay was making a dig at Bey.
“I’ve worked with Beyoncé a few times,” he wrote.

Latavia Roberson may have been kicked out of Destiny’s Child — but she’s still a “Survivor.”
“There are a lot of things that I’ve gone through — molestation, dealing with alcoholism and drugs,” Roberson tells People exclusively of the subjects she’ll broach in her upcoming memoir, I Am Latavia, due in the spring of 2017.
And there’s of course one topic she won’t be shying away from: her nasty departure from one of the biggest girl groups of all time in 1999.
Roberson was an original member of Destiny’s Child, along with Beyoncé, Kelly Rowland, and LeToya Luckett.

Here's a test for true Beyoncé fans, courtesy of James Corden—can you name the songs mentioned in this late-night soap opera. In a new sketch, The Bold and the Lyrical, Meg Ryan, Adam Scott and Corden tapped into all of the emotions to give the audience a soap opera episode they could sing along to. While the three actors found themselves in the midst of a love triangle, they put a comedic spin on the drama by only using lyrics from Beyoncé's seemingly endless library of songs, including the ones she made with Destiny's Child. Line by line, they made not-so-subtle references to "Say My Name," "Crazy in Love,"...

As the music industry plans to hand out awards for the best of 2014, it’s hard not to reflect on the GRAMMYs ceremony that happened just 15 years prior. The year was 2000, but in actuality it was a reflection of 1999, when just about anything could happen. Jennifer Lopez launched her musical career, Britney Spears brought back the Catholic schoolgirl outfit, and TLC was suddenly a group again (and not just a TV channel). But the year was more than that. And the 42nd annual Grammy Awards attempted to capture that – for better or worst.
Play: Et's GRAMMYs Bingo Game
Let’s look back on all the glory of 2000 ceremony 15 years later.
1.The Dress.
Before she was J. Lo – or Jenny from the block – Lopez was just an actress-turned-singer. But you wouldn’t know it at the awards. When she walked out in the green Versace dress to present the first award of the evening with David Duchovny, the last...

Is Beyonce our most consistently great video artist? It's hard to come up with a true competitor whose visual output is as cool, fun, sexy, and sincerely provocative as Beyonce's, and frankly, why would you want to? Beyonce's videos stand on their own as defiant and powerful artistic moments, and today we choose the ten best clips in her solo videography. (We'll have to revisit her Destiny's Child work another day. I think "Lose My Breath," "Say My Name," and "Bugaboo" would be tops there. Maybe "Emotions" too? It's already too much to think about.) Surely you've seen and adored Beyonce's newest clip for "7/11" that featured mad, "Ray of Light"-type edits and the goofiest choreography of Ms. Knowles' career. We loved it so much that we immediately had to wonder if it was her greatest video moment. Join us for our list and throw down your...

Following her release from jail, Farrah shared an inspirational message on Instagram and wrote, "I'm good, just hate the dumb media sometimes, but, hey, that's the job I signed up for. Given their prolific career as Destiny’s Child, it’s no wonder Michelle Williams has such great chemistry with Beyoncé Knowles and Kelly Rowland.
And on her new single “Say Yes,” Williams enlisted her “Say My Name” divas (along with Beyonce’s sister Solange) to add even more gravitas to the already stellar track.
“Say Yes” is an updated version of a classic Nigerian Gospel song and it’s the lead selection from Michelle’s forthcoming solo record Journey to Freedom.
Earlier this week, Williams, Knowles and Rowland all teamed up to shoot a music video for the single in New Jersey.

It’s easy to make fun of The X Factor, what with Demi Lovato’s crocodile tears (and atrocious, “more prouder” grammar), Simon Cowell’s bloated sense of self-importance and especially future Emmy nominee for Best Supporting Actress in a Comedy Series Paulina Rubio’s patented brand of “does this chica have a concussion?” English. After last week's shocking elimination, the Top 6 for the "X Factor" know that anyone can go home in any given week, so they gotta bring it. The theme this week is diva hits for song no. 1 and unplugged for song no. 2.
1. Restless Road, "Red" and "Wake Me Up"
Well, this starts out pretty well, though there aren't a lot of discernible harmonies. However, the tall one really needs help with his stage presence -- he seriously just wanders and bops around out there. Also, his solo on this song was terrible. Really bad. It's not enough that he can sing low, girls who are screaming like banshees. He needs to be on key, too. Oof.
Their second song is miles better -- there are harmonies, the solos are pretty strong. I mean, we all know this group is going to win it all and then fade into oblivion, right? They're...
