Huge areas of land changed dramatically, were cultivated and geographically altered. In the course of time, due to economic changes, most of the plants were no longer used and gradually abandoned. Many of these former mine facilities, heaps and steelworks are being reused as a result of structural change. Some are dilapidated and rusty in the grounds. These wastelands are gradually being taken back by nature. The transformation process, which creates new things through corrosion, decay and repopulation of vegetation, is a highly interesting subject that the film deals with artistically in various positions.
