The car chase scene has one traffic light mistake during the red Dodge Challenger police chase. Red car goes through on yellow and police follow on a green but should have been red.
CTA horns are not low-pitched air, such as carried on diesel locomotives.
When CPD officer Dave Poveda answers the phone call from Lisa on his Apple iPhone 8 Plus, an audible 'click' sound is heard as if a button was pressed to answer. This is a touchscreen cell phone, there are no button click sounds when answering calls. The only click sounds would be from pressing power button or the home button, both of which would have disconnected the call.
The Chicago parking stickers are on the wrong side of the cars. They should be on the passenger side of the windshields.
Dodge Challenger being 400hp is false. "Base engine is the SXT's 3.6-liter V6 making 305 horsepower and 268 pound-feet of torque, followed by the Challenger R/T's 5.7-liter Hemi V8 with 375 horsepower and 410 pound-feet of torque. The R/T Scat Pack and SRT 392 use a 6.4-liter Hemi V8 making 485 horsepower and 475 pound-feet."
Despite having snow on the ground, everyone wearing heavy winter clothing, and climbing up to an altitude thousands of feet above the ground, no one's breath is ever seen.
When Santa is seen going from house to house to house after leaving Kate and Teddy's house, he is shown to be spending only a fraction of a second going in and out of the chimneys of those houses. Yet when he was in Kate and Teddy's house, he spends a great deal more time, perhaps thirty seconds or more, as is verified by the video recorder.
Santa states that Los Angeles is the last location of the night and then they are done. What about all of the cities West of L.A.? It would be expected that Santa starts on the West side of the International Dateline, such as in Aukland, NZ, and goes West, thus giving him the maximum amount of time during Christmas eve/morning to deliver presents. If L.A. were last, then all of the homes West of L.A., such as in Alaska, Hawaii, etc., would be missed as they couldn't have been delivered earlier in the daylight or outside of Christmas Eve.
At the beginning of the film, the girl Kate is shown as a baby only a few weeks old on Christmas 2007. Later, on Christmas Eve 2018 when her brother Teddy takes her camera away from her in her bedroom, he says "you're ten years old, almost eleven." This doesn't make sense because at this point in time, she would've already turned eleven years old a few weeks ago.
