The Mind Robber retold.
Jamie and Zoe come arrive onboard The TARDIS, when they last encountered one another, their memories were wiped by The Time Lords, they are gifted with their memories of their TARDIS travels, and recount the events of The Mind Robber.
For one moment I thought it was Derek Jacobi's Master, then I quickly realised it was Frazer, what an interesting idea that would be. Genuinely lovely to see the pair of them in character, and remembering their escapades.
As for The Mind Robber, it's like Christmas, I only enjoy it about once a year, but it's always a fun experience. It's so different to everything else, I suppose you could argue The Celestial Toymaker is the first dabble with the surreal, this is far from a dabble, it's full on bonkers.
It holds up well, although I'd forgotten just how much screaming Zoe did here, it was a shame she descended into becoming one of the screamers, she was anything but when she started.
Another interesting installment, it's so good to see the classic companions. I'm not sure I hope to see The Mind Robber colourised.
8/10.
