Two different versions exist. A VideoZone was originally compiled for the intended 1993 release of Arcade (1993) and included on a press screener. The Walt Disney Company later sent Full Moon a cease and desist order, threatening a lawsuit if Full Moon didn't comply. Disney claimed that the film looked too much like Tron (1982), so the CGI was completely redone, delaying the release by another year. The original version featured Charles Band hosting from the set of Prehysteria! (1993), the revised version featured him on the set of Prehysteria! 3 (1995). A great deal of the footage in the "Arcade" segment were switched. Segments created for the original version with Richard Band and Charlie Spradling were ultimately released in the "Robot Wars" episode.
In the advance release version, Charles Band also promotes a sequel to Arcade that was never produced.
