- When his family is threatened, Arjun's faced with a messy problem. Ganchi's gang suffers a sudden blow while the assassin Atmaram takes aim at Tipu.
- Tipu and his friend Suneel (Goutam Sharma) get rid of one body but the other is found by Aatmaram's men, since he was killed on the main street and Tipu could not get rid of the body before it was discovered. Tipu decides to go underground for a few days. Tipu approaches Ganchi and his henchman Bunty (Manuj Sharma) and reveals that he is the one who killed the 2 goons from Sherpur. Suneel advises Tipu to join Ganchi's gang, just like his father.
Arjun meets with Yamini, the mysterious caller, who blackmails him over some compromising photographs. After an altercation with middleman Dheeraj (Sushil Kumar), Arjun manages to intercept the photos from reaching Madhu. The photos reveal that Arjun had had sex with Pamini and was photographed.
Ganchi, who has never delivered such a large quantity of opium, meets with Arjun to bribe him, but Arjun remains steadfast.
Tipu suspects that there is something wrong with the letter Gangu wrote for Lekha. He cannot understand why Lekha would talk to him like that. Suneel sees the letter and figures out the word "Love" is missing from the letter (earlier the letter said "Love" 4 times, and the fragrance is different as well). Tipu and Suneel get the letter read by Kamarcut who tells them that the letter is more lust than love. Tipu confronts Gangu who says that he loves Lekha and is willing to give his own life for her. Gangu now considers Tipu his enemy and refuses to reveal what happened to his father, as he is the only eyewitness.
Tipu and Suneel get Nannu to write him a new letter. When he gives this new letter to Lekha, she acknowledges his feelings for her, but doesn't want to marry him as he is too simple and not ambitious enough. However, she is impressed that he killed two men with his bare hands, which makes Tipu uncomfortable.
The region produces 10-12 tons of opium every year, while the factory produces only 3 tons of processed opium. Arjun learns that all the large-scale opium farmers of the area work with the two gangs, and only small farmers work with the government. The Government pays Rs 600 per kilo of opium, while the gangs pay Rs 10,000 to 15,000 per kilo of opium. The gangs leave the small farmers alone so that they can supply raw opium to the Government factory and the spotlight remains away from their illegal activities.
He calls his blackmailer Pratap (Varun Badola), a disgraced IAS officer who is in jail due to Arjun's investigation, to set up a meeting.
At home, Ganchi falls through a newly constructed staircase and severely injures himself. The deadline is looming, and the size of the deal is 7 times bigger than anything that Ganchi has ever done before. Ganchi is injured before he could reveal to Jugnu what his plan was to deliver the opium to Sukanto.
Aatmaram and his men corner Tipu and Suneel; Tipu manages to escape but not before Aatmaram kills Suneel in front of his eyes. Tipu manages to escape.
