"Welcome to the house of the Dead Men." Gravitas Ventures has debuted an official trailer for the horror thriller City of Dead Men, set mostly at an eerie psychiatric hospital in Colombia. The horror film stars Diego Boneta (from "Scream Queens" and Rock of Ages) as an American tourist who ends up in the town of Medellin in Colombia, befriending a local woman (played by Maria Mesa) who introduces him to "group of young misfits" that call themselves the "Dead Men". The leader of the group is Jacob, played by Jackson Rathbone, a mysterious figure who brings the newcomer to their home at an abandon psychiatric hospital for children on the outskirts of the city. Of course, things get weird and he starts to feel the presence of the kids. It's hard to tell what's going on in this, and it seems like it may be a big mess, but give it a shot anyway.

Now, she’s in talk to join director Noah Baumbach’s (Frances Ha) next project While We’re Young, alongside Ben Stiller, Naomi Watts (The Impossible), and Adam Driver (Girls). Seyfried would play Driver’s partner in the film, about an older couple who befriends a younger, more free-spirited duo. [The Wrap]

Both Diego Boneta and Jackson Rathbone had big years in 2012, the former breaking out in the jukebox musical Rock of Ages and the latter putting on his vampire makeup for the last time in The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part 2, and now the two stars are joining forces for the new thriller The Dead Men. The Hollywood Reporter says that Kirk Sullivan, a longtime assistant to mega-producer Joel Silver, will be making his directorial debut with the film, which is based on a script by fellow newcomer Andrew Poston. The trade says that the story follows "an American running from his past who is brought into a group of young underground radicals called The Dead Men, only to discover a centuries-old spiritual battle." Sounds like there is definitely some kind of supernatural element in play - though it's hard to say what genre it will fall into. Unfortunately there is...
