- Episode 1: An intense make out scene in a hotel room. Man and woman are stopped before having sex. A man and a woman later have sex. The scene is a bit long and there is some partial nudity involved.
- Episode 2: Partial nudity of a woman as she gets ready to take a bath. Flashbacks of the sex scene from episode 1. A wife performs oral sex on her husband. She is shown going down and the camera remains on the husband face for a few seconds. Not vulgar, but it is clear what is going on. A woman is shown in her underwear as she gets ready. Scene is not sexual in nature.
- Episode 3: Flashbacks to some previous sex scenes. A woman has dreams of a sexual nature. Nothing over explicit.
- Episode 4: A woman is shown in her bra. Scene is not sexual in nature. A man and a woman make out briefly in a cab and later on a boat. A man and a woman are shown in bed together, presumably post coitus. The man is shown kissing her body and then goes under the covers to perform oral sex on her. The scene fades after a few seconds.There is a side story in the show where a young 19 year old female colleague of a man asks his 15 year old daughter out on a date. Nothing explicit is ever shown, but the statutory nature of the story line may bother some people. However, this is a minor side story and doesn't receive much attention at all.
- Episode 5: Nothing explicit in this episode. One scene in a hotel room with a woman sleeping partially nude, but covered by a bed sheet. A man snaps a photo of her for himself (not in a sinister way). A woman is in the shower. Her back is shown a few times. Not sexual in nature.
- Episode 6: Episode starts where the other left off, with a woman in the shower. Not explicit.

- Episode 10: Nothing over explicit. (The sexual content of the show tones down considerably as the season continues. It is still a fairly adult show, but not as many adult scenes.)

- Episode 4: There is a rather violent scene with a nail gun in which a man shoots nails into another mans hands, nailing his hands to a concrete floor. There is little to no blood shown but the scene is violent in nature and the man's screams are audible.
