Interviews with transvestites who work at night in Praça Roosevelt, along with people from the theater, cinema, prostitutes and criminals. An unadorned view of what these people's lives are all about. The square during the day attracts faithful to its church and for many years it had an open market. Then, during the administration of Mayor Paulo Maluf, a horrendous "square" was built in reinforced concrete, which is still there today. The film - as it was made by people who work in the square, has a degree of sincerity in the testimonies rarely achieved in this type of interviews.
