Kristina Lindsey, Licensed marriage and family therapist, who holds a master's degree in clinical psychology and offers counseling through her private practice, offers up some definitive answers to Glass's bold questions on "gaslighting" (a form of mental abuse). She also describes the characteristics of one. Glass shares a pop quiz for the viewer to determine if he/she/they are a victim of gaslighting and also offers a list red flags. Lindsey says one dead giveaway to determine if someone is gaslighting you is to note whether the person in question tries to manipulate or dominate your reality and inject their reality into yours. If so, she says, you're likely being gaslit. The discussion between Host Glass and Lindsey deepens.

Shirin Peykar, a practicing psychologist at Sherman Oaks Therapy and Wellness, talks about the difficulty in recognizing a person's narcissism until well after one is in the relationship. She also talks about why a person is attracted to a narcissist and then Glass queries her as to why it is so hard to cut off a relationship with a one. Peykar runs it all down. Peykar talks about the cycles of a narcissist, their lack of "apology," unstable changes, and the victim subjugating his/her needs to accommodate the narcissist. Glass covers a lot of ground in this unique interview addressing a problem that the two agree is pervasive in a good many relationships these days.
