This play was so funny! It had its sad parts, knowing that this kind of thing happens in real life, but the music, and singing was excellent! Madea, as usual was her hilarious self! It was informative, true to heart, and enlightening. It gave me a sense of knowing that I have to be true to myself, love my children but not spoil them, and that no matter what, be true to my Lord. I laughed so hard I had tears running down my face. And I rarely do that. The actors and actresses did a wonderful job portraying their parts. The story line was wonderful and has a way of making you think of how you should treat others and love them. I am sure everyone will enjoy this play as much as I did. I am recommending it to everyone I know to see it! I loved it! Thank you Tyler Perry for another great movie!

I loved every minute of the stage play version on BET+.
Tyler Perry is so talented and versatile. I didn't even know he could sing. There are a wide variety of interactions between the characters that mirror real life. Most of the play was done in singing format but there was plenty of dialogue, too. I will be laded and surprise that there was a beautiful concert after the play was over with phenomenal singers. Being in the theater of the stage play in person would have been an absolutely amazing experience. It was also nice to see people making extremely complimentary comments during intermission or after the show was over, about wishing that he would put the play on in France and other countries and states across the US. Several people said that they had been to many of Tyler Perry's stage plays and they're all terrific. If I get the chance to go to one if he still puts one on I am going. Atlanta Georgia is not very far away.
