Much like what we saw in episode 2. Contestants compete to win the ball and the one holding the ball at the end of 3 minutes is declared the winner. There is a choice of 2 arenas. One arena is more like a playground with obstacles and climbing equipment. The other is a watery wrestling ring surrounded by sand. All the battles are fierce as contestants battle to prove their worth. Some battles are skipped and sped up or just the highlights are shown. I think it's a bit of a shame, but I guess there were too many to show. This episode remains an enjoyable watch. I found myself tense with anticipation and really drawn into some of the battles.
There are some mismatches and some failed tactics. Maybe it's a bit unfair having trained fighters go up against non-fighters. At the end of the day technique plays a big part in these contests. It's amazing to see the strengths of these athlete's and there are some thrilling heavyweight fights. They saved the best until last, but we have to watch the next episode to find out what happens. I'm hoping this elimination round finishes soon because I'm looking forward to seeing what is next.
