At 16 minutes, Jeannie mentions "a bunch of Zulus". Birmingham City's notorious football hooligans were named The Zulu Warriors possibly after the steep terrace on the Coventry Road side of the ground named the Spion Kop. Spion Kop was where a famous battle happened in The Boer War.
At 16.30, Food For Thought by UB40 is played. UB40 are a Birmingham band and famously support Birmingham City. On April 2st 2024 they played a gig at Birmingham's St. Andrew's Stadium, they same day as part 2 of this series was screened.
The BCFC logo in the titles was the emblem used by Birmingham City between 1971 and 1976 when they started to use the ball and globe logo the club have used ever since except for 3 brief periods.
