- TriviaMatthew's new car is a 1927 AC Six.
- GoofsDaisy has been warning Mrs Patmore that the wood stove is not functioning properly. There is a big dinner party for the evening and the guests are arriving. In the kitchen, all of a sudden Mrs Patmore is panicking because no food is ready, nothing has been cooked because the oven is not working. This is patently ridiculous. For a party that size, the kitchen would have been cooking for 2 days and 90% of the food would have been ready when the guests started arriving.
- Quotes
[after all Robert's evening-dress shirts have gone missing, he is forced to come down to dinner in a black tie and white shirt, much to the horror of the ladies]
Violet Crawley, Dowager Countess of Grantham: [glancing at Robert, while flustered] Do you think I might have a drink?
Violet Crawley, Dowager Countess of Grantham: [looking more closely at Robert] Oh, I'm so sorry. I thought you were a waiter.
