It is usually difficult for me to write a review of very short shorts. However, it is quite easy for this one.
The story seems non-existent, the animation is 2D, quite simple and even sketchy, the usual Plympton's naive children-like pastel color drawings. Nothing to utter a wow. Right? What makes this short a successful short is that what seems to be a pointless joke or gag, has something that Plympton's work always has, i.e. an exploration of the human psyche, of the subliminal, of the mind, in this case presented in traditional format and language.
"Your thoughts create your reality" is a sentence that matches this wordless short quite well. One reads or hears this expression quite often in our post-postmodern New Age age. It is something that has been uttered quite intensely since the 19th century. There are long books written about it. However, If you want to capture the essence of what that sentence means, just watch this short.
