Season 4 Review
This season had some really good episodes in the second part, but compared to the other three seasons, it may be the weakest. I'm not saying it was a bad season, but I believe the other seasons were better. My favorite seasons are, in order, Season 2, Season 3, Season 1, and the last season, Season 4.
There were some negatives about this season. First of all, dividing the season into two parts was a mistake because the first part was average and didn't have much going on. Additionally, many spoilers of the second part were leaked before its release.
There were many nonsensical death scenes, and they weren't even entertaining. There wasn't a single camera in any public or private place where Joe killed people. It also seems silly that Joe wears a basketball cap and feels invisible, even though he's the only one wearing a cap in a public or private place.
I don't understand why they ended the third and fourth seasons with a Taylor Swift song because neither of the songs fit well with the mood of the episodes.
The love story of Kate and Joe looks a bit hard to believe. Lastly, the finale episode wasn't satisfactory.
However, there were some positives about the season. I love Rhys' character, and Lady Phoebe is really likeable, and if you binge-watch all 10 episodes without giving your mind a chance to think, you'll definitely be entertained. Also, Charlotte Richie is one of my favorite actresses, and I'm glad she's a part of the "You" series.
Although I didn't like this season that much, I still want Netflix to renew the show for a fifth season.
My suggestions for actresses for Season 5 are Elle Fanning, Alexandra Daddario, Hailee Steinfeld, Kat Dennings and Neil Tiger Free. Any of these would be great choices.
