Wendell Antonoskwy loses a hand when RoboCop shoots him. A cutscene implies that he makes no attempt to apply a tourniquet or otherwise staunch the bleeding. It would take minutes for him to die of blood loss or shock.
There are numerous mistakes both in in-game text and in the subtitles.
Video footage examined by RoboCop from VHS cassettes or seen through the televisions visible throughout the precinct do not differ in resolution from the rest of the game. VHS cassettes and standard definition televisions had less than five percent of the resolution the media-breaks and their on-location footage are seen at.
From RoboCop's point of view, and the point of view in many cut-scenes, almost every character appears to be half to three quarters of RoboCop's height. Taking into account the added size of the suit, the film's RoboCop would be approximately six foot three, not enough to account for such a great difference.
The 6000 SUX is always mistakenly called the SUX 6000 in the game.
The camera in Samantha Ortiz's hand during the end of the first mission is too small to have existed at the time the game is apparently set in.
