The sensitivity of this show, the warm and authentic feel to the presentation, use of lively visuals, and very good content, there isn't a patronizing moment and yet vast amounts of good information comes through. I write personal development and psychology material and work with parents all over the world, I have rarely seen anything this good.
Much of the conveyed ideas come directly from young people in a natural and diverse way, allowing a lot of alternative views and quirky gentle moments.
In the episode on family communication, a segment with the presenter and his own mother talking about his (very difficult) boyhood, a room full of adults I was watching with were reduced to tears, sensing what was behind the lightly but genuinely expressed resolution.
Quite exceptional, yet totally age appropriate as always lightly done.
