The tagline "Bullshit." comes from Jeremiah Edward Hobbs as Rafael Devani saying it in almost every scene. This was not intended.
Filming took place in July/August of 2010 and was an 84 minute movie in early 2011. Editing took a year and a half to cut down to the as-of-release 64 minutes due to Jason Mills, Jonathan Wizbicki and Jeremiah Edward Hobbs working on several other projects simultaneously. The working 84 minute print exists as 8 episodic segments on the Media Axxess YouTube page.
The febreze gag was not intended. Jason Mills had picked it up as a prop on the first shot and kept spraying it throughout the movie. Jeremiah Edward Hobbs began to reference it as character Rafael Devani and would blame the febreze for his head scratching, which was actually because of the wig itching his scalp. As shooting progressed, Jeremy Penn played by Michael Tellez had no choice but to reference it also as the gag was weaving itself into a major element of the storyline: The reason Rafael Devani goes stir crazy.
All of the dialogue and actions were improvisation, and the story formed from how the scene before had ended. There was no script on this project. Only a small story by Michael Tellez, J. LaMont Bryant, and Jeremiah Edward Hobbs, from a concept by J. LaMont Bryant and Jeremiah Edward Hobbs.
