- Quotes
Tenzin: Earth. Fire. Water. Air. When I was a boy, my father, Avatar Aang, told me the story of how he and his friends heroically ended the Hundred Year War. Avatar Aang and Fire Lord Zuko transformed the Fire Nation colonies into the United Republic of Nations, a society where benders and non-benders from all over the world, could live and thrive together in peace and harmony. They named the capital of this great land, Republic City. Avatar Aang accomplished many remarkable things in his life. But sadly, his time in this world came to an end. And like the cycle of the seasons, the cycle of the Avatar, began anew.

The new intro is great and shows the former cast as legends of the war. I love how they didn't show Aang and kept the main focus on Korra and I like how she's learned so much but she still has so much more to learn about herself, society and of course, Airbending.
I'd also love to see a Tenzin backstory on how he became a great airbender and the fact that we still haven't seen Zuko find his mom in a movie or animated special unfortunately.
But the visuals, choreography, music and everything else still looks good and at the end, sets up who's the antagonist is going to be. Solid introduction to say the least.
