In one of the last scenes, the victim Walt's police file is shown with the cause of death listed as "homicide" when in fact the M.E. had ruled the case as "death by misadventure".
Detective Baker has always been shown working plainclothes as a detective, to include the lottery winner case. Out of the blue, she is now a motorcycle patrol officer and stops the suspect on the "custom" motorcycle.
The detective learns Walt had a motorcycle, and says there was no record of him having one. She then walks away saying she'll put out an APB on it. She failed to get any information such as color or other identifying traits, so she had no information to put out the APB.
