Sharon begins to find peace, and starts to accept what happened, she gives Cat the tools to put the case to bed.
Absolutely brilliant, this show really did peak at the right time. How satisfying that such a good series, such a well made and intriguing drama, gets to end on such a high note. This final episode really is an absolute belter, the best of the lot.
Such an imaginative script, I honestly cannot put in words how much I enjoyed this final episode, and the moment where we had the big reveal.
Maybe the pieces were there, they just did the business with diverting us with lots of red herrings.
I came in not knowing if Joe was innocent or guilty, and I was made to wait until the very last to learn the truth. The outcome definitely wasn't the one I had been expecting.
Characters that have felt like bit part players up until this point suddenly sprint intolerant life.
10/10.
