- TriviaWhen an FBI investigation requires the premeditated destruction of private property, the agent in charge will try to work out a compensation package ahead of time. They will get together with the property owners and a field office lawyer to negotiate a fair deal-the field office can approve any payment of up to $10,000. Anything more than that goes to FBI headquarters in Washington. Otherwise, an administrative claim can be filed with the local bureau field office. You can ask for reimbursement as a third party-if you had no connection to the crime under investigation-or you can argue that the damage to your property did not result from reasonable law enforcement action. Owners often elect to go to their insurance companies first and let the insurers handle any claims against the government. The latter is especially true, if a warrant had to be secured under exigent circumstances.
- GoofsWhen Stacy meets Emily : one can see Emily coming in her car, going out, nothing in her hands. After the talking, she goes back to her car and a bottle of water is in her left hand. That bottle came from nowhere, Stacy didn't gave it to her.

I've seen "Tulsa King" referred to by some as a Comedy, but this episode decisively shows that's wrong. This popular crime show attracted my attention due to Taylor Sheridan's involvement, but "Warr Acres" (the title's meaning eludes me) demonstrates that it is writer/producer Terence Winter who counts most regarding its content.
Winter has done many a hit gangster project and even has a movie underway in which Jennifer Lopez will be the gang lord. Here it is Sylvester Stallone who carries the series -without him it would be nothing, even if a different talented actor (take your pick, say Liam Neeson as merely an example) were substituted. And the comedy relief plays off his attitude.
In Warr Acres, the show opens with the aftermath of a killing and then audaciously kills off two sympathetic characters. The ruthlessness overshadows the various subplots involving regulars, such as introducing crypto theft as another source of income for our Oklahoma gang, and the rather phony substitution of a new romantic interest for Stallone, as Dana Delaney suddenly moves in on Sly while his current flame Andrea Savage seems headed for the chopping block due to the exigencies of the storyline. I enjoy watching Sly, but the reductio ad absurdum structure of Winter's gangster cliches in the form of functional killings turns me off.
