Sex & Nudity

  • A building in one of the levels is called "Madame Coffman's Risky Burlesque."

Violence & Gore

  • Vince harms himself to defeat enemies with "Voodoo Powers." Some Voodoo Powers can be humorous (e.g. an anvil falling on Vince's head), while others can be a bit brutal (e.g. Vince getting cut in half with a chainsaw.) They're all done in a cartoony sort of way.
  • Enemies' flesh can be seen when they're sliced in half after Vince performs a Voodoo Power. No blood is shown however.

Profanity

  • Vince uses the word "Freakin'" in a cutscene.
  • Vince uses the word "Crap" in a cutscene.

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

  • One of Kosmo's henchmen smokes a cigar throughout the game.
