- Duck kills a fly by smashing it with a clipboard.
- A train (in what seems to be a toy-like form) rams into Red Guy, hurting his foot.
- The train hits Red Guy with a cane. However, it is likely that it was not intending to hurt him, since it is noticeably disabled.
- While in the form of a covered wagon, one of Mr. Transport's arms comes off. The insides are visible, but there is no gore.
- Red Guy looks at a map while driving. No accidents happen, but this could concern parents in regards to reckless driving and driving without keeping an eye on the road.
- The GPS talks about a place that's famous for a dead horse.
- Red Guy pulls out the GPS system (which is sentient) from the place it is mounted, throws it out of the car and leaves it on the road. It is heard glitching out and making sounds that indicate shutting down.
- Duck sticks his head out the window of the car, and he gets taken out after hitting a tree.
- Red Guy abusively throws a hitchhiker out of the car.
- Yellow Guy sticks his head out the car window, and he falls out.
- Duck jabs the watch box hard. Red Guy is heard saying "Ow", indicating that he is getting hurt by this.
- Grolton talks about having a gum disease, and immediately after, something gory appears on his gums.

- Mr. Transport drinks something brown, and Duck comments that it smells like poison.
- Mr. Transport is seen trying to "help his condition" (which results in him getting dizzy) by taking pills.
- The Tying Child asks an imaginary audience to drink face alcohol.
- When Yellow Guy tries to get some food, he is offered a bunch of crumpled cigarettes.
Frightening & Intense Scenes

- The final scene is very enigmatic and surreal.
- Mr. Transport has a medical condition that causes him to act out of control at times. Some of these instances may be disturbing to some viewers.
- Red Guy, Yellow Guy and Duck are depicted playing with essential car parts. This could be concerning to parents.

- Mr. Transport splits oil, but it remeber a little bit blood
- Yellow Guy runs into the road, and he gets hit by a car. However, he doesn't die; he only snaps out of his fantasy.
- Mr. Transport gets used as fuel for a fire.

- Red Guy shoves cigarettes in Mr. Transport's mouth. It causes the entire interior of the car to fill up with smoke, and the characters start going insane.
