Ever since Spike Lee came along with his "a Spike Lee joint" declaration to open the credits on his movies, other directors have imitated, including Barrett Blade who calls "Bring It" "a Barrett Blade fiasco". Fair warning.
It's a dumb vignettes porn feature for Wicked Pictures wherein head cheerleader Alektra Blue (at 28 a tad old for the role) recounts in her diary via voice-over narration events in her pom-pom career.
Supporting femme cast is remarkably weak for Wicked: no Kaylani Leis, Asa Akiras or Kirsten Prices here. Instead we have Jana Jordan having Sapphic sex with Alektra as the next head cheerleader, Victoria Lawson sleeping with Blue's brother Dane Cross and Katie Jordin sleeping with her teacher Marcus London. Director Blade's favorite crew member Eric Masterson pops up unbilled in a cameo as a fey wannabe male cheer guy.
Mechanical sex and a near-complete lack of any real humor makes for a dull movie.
