Well, here it is everybody! I am so glad and proud to say that I have now officially seen every single episode of "The Amazing World Of Gumball". With the sheer number of these new episodes they make, this was practically a trip back in time for me. It was so weird to see all the old designs and Penny still as a antlered peanut. It's great to see how the artwork has gotten better. In a weird way, I actually enjoy looking at the cheaper animation. It just shows off variety well. This is the episode where Darwin reveals his full name. It's long, so I won't mention it.
This episode is great as ever, especially with how well it developed Penny and Gumball's relationship. It's just so great to have a romantic interest in a character that's actually mutual. I knew that Tina was the girl he was going to ask out. Wait, how did Darwin get there if he had no date? He gets a kiss from Rachel, but it never amounts to anything. At least Darwin got that kiss and it was alluded to later. I like the idea of the party getting more intense with the actual teachers there! ****
