Goldie Fisher returns from her world travels to spend the day snooping around the MeTV studio, disguised as other "Toon In with Me" characters to spy on Toony and Bill. Through the course of the episode, Goldie impersonates Dippy ("Toonatrooper"), Benny the IT Feller ("IT Worker & Aspiring Stand-Up Comic"), Mr. Quizzer ("Beloved Game Show Host"), Mob Lobster ("The Crustacean Family"), and even Bill the Cartoon Curator.
While most of the show's "guests" in this episode are Goldie Fisher in disguise, other recurring characters who make actual appearances are Mr. Quizzer (seen bound and gagged and appealing for help after Goldie steals his clothes and identity) and Benny the IT Feller (Goldie's ally in her scheme, who provides cover for her snooping by impersonating Goldie herself, chatting with Bill and Toony from the backwoods).
All five featured cartoons had appeared in previous episodes of "Toon In with Me": Rabbit Seasoning (1952) was in both Catch of the Day (2021) and National Hunting & Fishing (2021); Vim, Vigor and Vitaliky (1936) was in both Meet the Tooners (2021) and Bill Failed PE (2021); Double or Mutton (1955) was in Handlebar Bill (2021); Cock-a-Doodle Deux-Deux (1966) was in Show & Tell Day #4 (2021); and Paying the Piper (1949) was in Taking What They're Giving (2021).
At the time this episode first aired, Double or Mutton (1955) had not yet been released by Warner Bros. on DVD or Blu-ray, though the cartoon had been restored and made available to view on the HBO Max streaming platform.
Toony asks Bill how Bugs Bunny and Wile E. Coyote are able to stand on their hind legs, and while Bill's detailed explanation is not broadcast (the feed diverting to Goldie's mobile phone video message), it is suggested afterward that the answer involves a series of complicated surgeries.
