Coldplay have released a preview of their upcoming live album and concert film Live 2012. The clip features the band performing their anthem 'Paradise' to over 77,000 people in the Stade de France on their Mylo Xyloto tour. Featuring the tour's spectacular neon-graffiti set, the film and album also takes performances from Coldplay's shows at Montreal's Bell Centre and the band's Pyramid Stage headline performance at Glastonbury 2011. The 2011 MTV Video Music Awards are only a few days away, and the announcement of the newest performer has just made our excitement level spike. Beyonce, who was announced today as a Vma performer, has given some of the most electric live performances in recent memory. We can’t wait to see what she’s got planned for Sunday (although we’re sure it will include some killer dance moves and awesome riffs), so in preparation we decided to take a look back at some of our other favorite Queen Bey performances of all time.

This years Glastonbury festival was without a doubt a memory which will live on within the minds and hearts of all those who attended. June 22nd - 26th saw a huge number of amazing bands, acts, and performers wowing the 135,000+ attendees who were lucky enough to get themselves a ticket, and it just so happens I was one of them!
As the line up was so vast and varied, and as performances were listed to begin on Thursday with doors opening at 8am on Wednesday, I took the Wednesday to Friday off from work, piled my tent, clothes, and snacks into the car, and drove down to Somerset to make sure I found myself a space in the queue for parking, and then to find myself a suitable place to pitch my tent ready for the next 4 nights.
